The receipt lands in Ortho2

When the family pays, someone at the practice starts the post and the software writes that payment into Ortho2.

The instalment closes, so the balance is right the next time anyone opens the ledger, and nobody retyped a figure.

The family signs once, on their phone

They open a link, sign with a finger, and pay on the same screen.

There is no app to download and no password to invent.

The desk retypes nothing

Staff build the payment plan in Ortho2 the way they already do, and a person there starts the run.

The software does not write into Ortho2 on its own, so the charge, the receipt and the closed instalment take a click at the desk and no retyping.

How it works

Six steps, start to finish

The practice starts the run, and a person at the practice fires the write at the end. The family does one step on their phone. The software carries the work between them, and it writes nothing into Ortho2 on its own.

  1. Staff create the plan in Ortho2, as always

    Nobody learns a new system, and nobody leaves the screen they already use.

  2. We read the plan

    The software reads what the practice just made: the amount, the dates, and what is left to pay.

  3. The family gets a link

    The desk sends it to the responsible party by text or by email, and it opens on any phone.

  4. They sign and pay on their phone

    They read what they are agreeing to, sign with a finger, and put the card into the processor's own hosted page.

  5. The charge is approved

    The approval comes back while the family is still on the screen, and they see it there.

  6. The receipt lands back in Ortho2

    Someone at the desk fires the write, the instalment closes, and nothing is retyped there.

The fee

The fee, before you have to ask

Families pay a $5.95 technology fee on each payment, shown before the payment is made. The practice does not set it and does not keep it. MODELLED

The family sees that fee on the screen before they pay, every time, on every payment method.

That technology fee is NextRev's own price, and it is not a processor's rate.

We read it and send back two things: every fee the practice is paying now, line by line, and what that same month would have cost with NextRev.

It comes back written in plain words, with the page you sent marked up.

Nothing is charged, no card is asked for, and no call is booked. If you want to talk to a person afterwards, that is your choice to make.

What staying costs

Doing nothing has a price too

It comes from published reports rather than from a statement we have read, so it is not your practice's own bill and we will not pretend to know what your bill says.

Fees like that arrive by letter, and nobody at the practice gets a vote on them.

Meanwhile the desk keeps retyping payments by hand, and families keep getting telephone calls about money they meant to pay.
