SCREEN 2 OF 14

Apply in about two minutes

One question at a time, and every question says why we ask it. Nothing is charged here, and nothing is signed here.

Not ready to apply? Take the free audit first

Send one page of a processor statement and we send back what that same month would have cost on our rail. It is free, there is no call, and you can stop there.

To ask for it, email NextRev at joseph@paperst.ai and attach the page. Asking for the audit opens no account and costs nothing.

The application

Question 1 of 6

Six short questions. It takes about two minutes. The counter moves as you go, so 3 of 6 means you are halfway through.

What is the practice called?

We ask because TRX opens the merchant account in the practice's legal name, so the name here has to match your own paperwork.

Who is the doctor?

We ask because an owner signs the papers on the next screen, so we need to address them to the right person.

Do you use Ortho2 Edge?

We ask because the plan is read from Ortho2, so we need to know you are on it.
We are built on Ortho2 today coming and other practice systems are on the list. We will tell you the moment one of them is ready. You can carry on with this application either way, and we will hold your details until then.

How many offices do you have?

We ask because TRX underwrites each office separately, so the count decides how many accounts we open for you.

About how much do you take on cards each month?

We ask because the band tells us which underwriting file to open, and a band is enough to start. The four bands above are ranges we chose to sort applications. MODELLED They are not measured figures, and they are not your figures until you tell us.

Where do we send the answer?

This is the last question. We ask for it last on purpose: you have seen what this is before you give us a way to reach you.

We ask because a person reads this application, and they would rather write to a name than to an office.
We ask because the approval and the papers arrive by email, so this is the address they land in.
We ask because a person calls you if TRX needs one more document, and that call is quicker than another email.

Nothing is sent. This is a mock, so the answers stay in this browser window, no account is created, and no one reads them.
