Two things happen on this screen: the software goes on the front desk computer, and you see how a plan flows out of Ortho2 and back into it.
Download and install
The installer is one file. It goes on the front desk computer, not on every computer in the practice.
Nothing downloads. This is a walkthrough of how the software installs, not the software itself.
The five steps, start to finish
Each picture below is a drawing of the screen you land on, not a photograph. The illustrations are scenery, so a screen reader skips them.

Install it
Run the installer on the front desk computer and say yes when Windows asks for permission.

Open it
Open NextRev from the desktop, the same way the practice opens Ortho2 every morning.

Sign in with the practice's own Ortho2 login
The practice signs in with the practice's own Ortho2 login, the same one the front desk uses every day. The sign-in is attended, which means a person from the practice is at the keyboard, and NextRev never stores it.

Take the first payment
Find the family in the list, check the amount against the plan, and take the payment at the desk or send the link to the family's phone.

Watch the receipt land in Ortho2
The receipt posts back into Ortho2 and the instalment closes. Nobody retypes anything.
How a plan flows
Staff create the plan in Ortho2 as always.
We read it.
The family gets a link.
The family signs and pays on their phone.
The charge is approved.
The receipt lands back in Ortho2 and the instalment closes.
Staff never leave Ortho2.
